Neil Copelin joined Clay Development in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University in Civil Engineering before joining Dyad Construction as a Project Manager and Chief Estimator. Following his 20-year tenure with Dyad, Neil joined O’Donnell/Snider Construction where he was a Project Manager for high end restaurants, among other projects.

At Clay Development, Neil manages contracts, timelines, and clients to ensure expectations are met throughout the construction process.
