Catherine Clay joined Clay Development in 2022 as an Associate. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Christian University in Real Estate and Finance before joining Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC as a Mortgage Banking Analyst. While with Berkadia, Catherine closed 81 separate loan transactions totaling $1.6 billion including multifamily, industrial, medical office, manufactured housing, mixed-use, and single-family-for-rent.

At Clay Development, Catherine handles existing tenant move outs and new tenant move ins, including office and warehouse tenant improvements. She also oversees business park improvements for the Clay Development portfolio.
