Louis B. “Dee” Sullivan, III joined Clay Development in 2007 as in-house counsel. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Finance before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. Prior to joining Clay, Dee served as a Senior Partner with the Nathan Sommers Law Firm in Houston, Texas. He represented local and national real estate developers in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and partnership matters.

At Clay Development, Dee coordinates legal affairs and participates in land acquisition, structuring of ownership/development entities, development issues, leasing, construction, and procuring financing for projects.
