Catherine Clay joined Clay Development in 2022 as an Associate. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Christian University in Real Estate and Finance before joining Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC as a Mortgage Banking Analyst. While with Berkadia, Catherine closed 81 separate loan transactions totaling $1.6 billion including multifamily, industrial, medical office, manufactured housing, mixed-use, and single-family-for-rent.

In her free time, Catherine enjoys cooking, Pilates, and traveling.
