Joy Rosencutter joined Clay Development in 2014 as the Office Manager, then later, as head of Accounts Payable. She pursued an Accounting Degree from Lone Star College prior to joining McCoy Floor Covering Division as a Customer Service Coordinator where she ensured smooth quoting processes, billing cycles, invoicing, and product discrepancies. Prior to joining Clay, Joy worked with Prime Flooring Systems as an Office Manager where she managed accounts payable, assisted in job bidding, purchased materials, and facilitated annual audits.

At Clay Development, Joy ensures the office runs smoothly in addition to handling accounts payable and preparing, negotiating, and recording contracts. In her free time, Joy enjoys crafting, sewing, baking, and Drag Racing her 1979 Camaro. She is a wonderful aunt to her niece and nephew, whose activities she supports, including FFA and baseball.
