Gregg Gilliam joined Clay Development in 2006 as the Senior Property Manager. He pursued his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas at Austin before joining Gilliam Properties, a family-owned commercial real estate company. While with Gilliam Properties, Gregg supported leasing and property management.

At Clay Property Management, Gregg manages Clay-owned properties consisting of 2.5 million square feet across 90 properties; he also manages Clay-developed business parks. In his free time, Gregg enjoys hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family. He has his Private Pilot’s License and has flown since he was 15 years old. He is a husband and father of four.
