Gabi Garcia joined Clay Property Management in 2018 as the Assistant to the Property Manager. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Houston before joining Foster Wheeler USA as a Project Information Manager. While with Foster Wheeler, Gabi co-created the engineering and coordination group, wrote department procedures, and managed project startups and templates. Prior to joining Clay, Gabi was with Chiyoda International Corporation as an Electronic Data Management System Implementation Specialist where she designed, developed, and implemented Houston office systems in addition to training engineering disciplines on usage and upkeep.

At Clay Property Management, Gabi supports the Senior Property Manager in managing Clay-owned properties consisting of 2.5 million square feet across 90 properties; she also manages Clay-developed business parks. In her free time, Gabi enjoys spending time with her three daughters and three dogs.
