Albert William Clay III

Co-Founder

Albert W. “Al” Clay, III co-founded Clay Development & Construction, Inc. in 1998 with his son, Robert Clay. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University in Accounting before receiving has Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Following five years in public accounting and receiving his Certified Public Accountant designation, Al spent three years with Somerblink-Goldman working to procure commercial real estate mortgages. Al started C-3 Realty Services in 1973 to provide commercial real estate brokerage services to property-owners in the Houston MSA. While with C-3 Realty Services, Al brokered $130 million in commercial loans and participated in 28 separate real estate sales totaling over $110 million.
