Geoff Beach joined Clay Development in 2025 as a Civil Engineer. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2016. Geoff began his career working on a wide range of projects including municipal infrastructure, site development, parks and recreation facilities, energy service facilities, education campuses, residential developments, and industrial projects.

At Clay Development, Geoff prepares civil engineering design for commercial and industrial development projects, performs grading and drainage analysis, and coordinates utility and infrastructure design with project teams and regulatory agencies. In his free time, Geoff enjoys spending time with his family and working on home projects. He is a husband and father.
