Lee Campbell joined Clay Development in 2026 as a Project Manager. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and brings extensive industry experience from his previous roles as a Project Manager with Rosenberger Construction and as an Assistant Project Manager with Kingham Dalton Wilson. With more than 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Lee had successfully completed over 5 million square feet of commercial and industrial space.

At Clay Development, Lee manages contracts, project schedules, and client relationships, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and that client expectations are met throughout every phase of the construction process.  Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
